DEFY - Drug Free Estacada Families and Youth

In October of 2010, DEFY (Drug Free Estacada Families and Youth) and the Estacada Community Foundation (ECF) received a federal, Drug Free Communities grant, providing $625,000 over a five-year period for community-level alcohol and drug prevention work throughout the Estacada area. ECF is the fiscal agent and responsible for the financial management of the grant monies.

DEFY is a local substance abuse prevention coalition working for a healthy, thriving, alcohol and drug-free Estacada. DEFY is comprised of parents, youth, business owners, medical professionals, government, media, faith-based organizations, and more, all working together.
